1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account with DSOLK (Digital Solutions Lanka), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform provides a cloud-based ERP and POS solution powered by the UPOS engine.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate business information for tax and invoicing purposes.
DSOLK is a service provider; you remain the "Data Controller" of all business information entered into the system.
3. Subscription & Payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Failure to pay within seven (7) days of the invoice date may lead to temporary account suspension.
Prices are subject to change with a 30-day notice period.
4. Data Privacy & Security
DSOLK will never sell your business data to third parties.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Software: A full refund is available within the first 7 days of initial registration. Thereafter, subscriptions are non-refundable.
Implementation: Setup and data migration fees are non-refundable once the technical work has commenced.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal to stop future charges.
6. Limitation of Liability DSOLK strives for 99.9% uptime. However, we are not liable for any loss of profit or data resulting from internet outages, user error, or third-party server failures.
